New Obsession Two: GREY GARDENS

I went to see the totally fantastic musical GREY GARDENS last Friday (only 2 days before it closed). Christine Ebersole completely deserved her recent Tony award. Now I had not really seen the documentary before I saw the show and I am very glad of that because after the show I viewed clips on YouTube and I was blown away by how amazingly well Christine Ebersole replicated the little Edie Beale. Also the show perfectly duplicated their clothes and Big Edith's hat and bedspread! I am very thankful I was able to see the show before it closed (thanks Adam!). I have ordered the documentary along with a new video: The Beales of Grey Gardens. I want to have a viewing party!
